Can I make updates to my website on my own?
Yes! The content management system we use is called Showit. Showit is super user-friendly as we provide a 1 hour tutorial zoom call once the website is completed to teach you how to do updates yourself if that is what you prefer. We want to set you up for success.
What do I need to provide before the design process starts?
You will need to provide any brand assets unless you have had your branding done by us. Any brand photography you have had done.
Do you offer ongoing maintenance and support after the website is launched?
We offer maintenance packages to ensure that your website stays updated, secure, and functioning properly. Ongoing support for updates, bug fixes, or even redesigns as your business grows may be available for an additional fee.
Is there any additional costs involed?
There are 2 costs that are mandatory when having a website; a domain which is your URL which ranges between $10-$20/year and a website hosting plan. Website hosting ranges between $300-$400/year. A great thing about Showit is that they offer monthly and yearly subscriptions. Other costs could be legal documents and any 3rd party subscriptions to be integrated.
